  • Orders

    Order Confirmation & Status
    After you make your purchase, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your order number within a few hours.

    Product Availability
    MUBA makes every effort to ensure that all of the merchandise we feature is in stock.
    In the event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock. You will not be charged for the out of stock item. We will not ship the item when it is back in stock, as we do not have a backorder system.

  • Returns

    A consumer can return unused products purchased from www.muba-factory.com  with the original packaging within 14 days of receiving the order:

    • Products for returning must be in a complete, unused and undamaged condition.
    • Please note: purchaser will be responsible for paying any return shipping charges.
    • If the order was paid by bank transfer, please provide your bank details for a prompt refund.
    • Please note: a refund will be provided for the cost of the products only (not the shipping cost).
    • MUBA Factory is not liable for any lost return parcels.

  • Shipping

    General Information
    Shipping occurs on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays).
    Orders will be shipped via National Post. After your order leaves our warehouse, typical transit times are 5-14 business days for Standard Shipping. Expedited shipping reduces transit time, but not order processing time. Shipping rates are subject to change at any time.

    Shipping Confirmation Emails
    Once your order is shipped, your tracking number will be emailed to you so you can track your order via the carrier’s website.

    Wrong Address Disclaimer
    It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. Please ensure the address you are entering is complete and accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for packages shipped with insufficient or undeliverable addresses.

    Shipping Costs
    The shipping cost depends on the destination and the total weight of the package. The cost of shipping can be calculated by adding the items to your shopping cart and proceeding to checkout. Once you have reached the checkout page, you can select your shipping destination and view the selection of shipping methods and the cost of shipping for each method.
